Compensation and benefits:

Equipment, freight, and schedule:

Training program (for eligible recent graduates):

- Training curriculum includes safe tractor-trailer operation, ELD use, trip reporting, pre-trip/post-trip inspections, equipment securement, and company procedures.
- Progress evaluated through supervised driving and competency assessments prior to independent assignments.
Primary responsibilities:
- Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations, state laws, and company policies.
- Complete scheduled pickups and deliveries, maintaining on-time performance across assigned routes.
- Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs; perform and document daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report equipment issues promptly.
- Ensure proper cargo securement and handling consistent with dry van freight requirements.
- Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch, customers, and team members regarding schedules and deliveries.
Minimum qualifications:
- Valid Class A CDL, or recent CDL school graduate who has completed at least 120 hours of instruction and is eligible for company training.
- Satisfactory driving record demonstrating a commitment to safety.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and required pre-employment drug screen.
- Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication.
