CDL BUS DRIVER

Must have Commercial Driver License (CDL A or B) with Passenger Endorsement
Knowledge of local geography and the ability to arrive to destinations safely and efficiently.
Knowledge of all local and state laws related to proper driving regulations.
Salary is based on experience

Must be at least 21 years of age per Insurance and have at least one-year driving experience in a similar role.
Operate a bus in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations
Follow designated routes and schedules
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the bus is in good working condition and other required documentation
Maintain a clean and orderly bus, including regular cleaning of the interior and exterior
Report any accidents, maintenance issues, or incidents to Dispatch while following emergency procedures. Respond to incidents in accordance with company protocols
Must meet physical and medical requirements and pass substance abuse screening; as a safety-sensitive employee under company policy
Must satisfactorily complete all training.
Presents a neat and professional appearance at all times.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Maintains a cooperative attitude with fellow employees, supervisors, and day habilitation personnel; always promoting company goodwill.
