Pay & Compensation

• Avg $1,200–$1,400 per week
• Starting pay: $0.55 CPM (entry-level)
• Pay increases with experience (up to ~$0.65 CPM max)**
• Weekly miles: ~2,500 miles
• $15 stop pay
• Driver performance bonus available

Consistent freight = consistent avg weekly income

• Regional routes along the Eastern Seaboard
• Freight types:
  • Drop & hook
  • Live load
  • Live unload
  • Preloaded freight
• No-touch freight
• Loads stay primarily in the eastern half of the U.S.
• Consistent freight and steady miles
• 24/7 dispatch support

Route Info

• Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest lanes
• No long-haul western routes
• Structured regional network

Work Environment

• Regional long-haul driving
• Seasonal weather conditions
• Flexible routing

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• No experience required (trainees welcome)
• Must be comfortable with regional travel
• Must be flexible with schedule
