The Rewards

  • Average Earnings: $83,200 annually (Top 10% earn up to $101,556).
  • Home Time: Weekly 34-hour reset (typically Saturday or Sunday).
  • Pay Structure: Includes Mileage Pay + Unload Pay + Backhaul Pay.

Route & Equipment Details

  • Route: Dedicated runs from Joliet, IL to WI, IA, MN, MI, IN, and Western OH.

  • Freight: Dry freight; hand-unloading required using rollers.
  • Equipment: Top-of-the-line automatic transmission trucks (take-home options available).
