A lot of carriers make big promises. We keep ours simple: steady regional freight east of I-35, a paycheck that reflects your skill level, equipment you will actually want to climb into, and a schedule built around getting you home. Whether you have been behind the wheel for a decade or you just graduated CDL school last month — we built this position with both of you in mind.

YOUR EARNINGS

  • Full-time W2 — not 1099, not contract
  • Mileage rate: $0.56 – $0.65 CPM tied directly to your verified experience
  • Weekly gross: $1,400 – $1,600 average
  • Annual earnings: $71,000 – $85,000
  • Miles per week: 2,200 – 2,500 on average
  • Weekly direct deposit — in your account before the weekend
  • On top of mileage: weekly safety and performance bonuses
  • Orientation: fully paid, hotel and travel included

HOME TIME

  • Bi-weekly home time — same rotation, every cycle, no guessing

THE FREIGHT

  • 100% no-touch dry van — you never touch the freight
  • Around 70% of your loads are drop and hook
  • Fleet choices: OTR, regional, or dedicated — you pick what fits
  • Equipment: 2022 through 2025 Freightliners and Kenworths, every truck has an APU

BENEFITS

  • Medical, dental, and vision for you and your family
  • Life insurance and AD&D — company paid
  • 401(k) enrollment with company match after eligibility
  • Paid holidays and accrued PTO
  • Riders welcome, pets welcome — policy in place from day one
  • New trainees: your full benefits package activates at day 30

FOR DRIVERS JUST STARTING OUT

You worked hard in CDL school. Here is what comes next:

  • Bring your Class A CDL or proof of 120+ accredited school hours
  • Spend 3 to 5 weeks learning one-on-one from a veteran driver
  • Collect $650.00 every week while you train — guaranteed
  • You will learn real-world freight handling, ELD logging, inspections, and how we operate
  • Your mentor signs off before you ever go solo
  • The 6-month experience rule does not apply to you

ON THE JOB EVERY DAY

  • Operate your assigned Class A tractor-trailer within all DOT and company guidelines
  • Pick up and deliver no-touch dry van freight on time, every time
  • Maintain your ELD logs, DVIRs, and paperwork to the letter
  • Run thorough inspections before and after every shift
  • Be someone dispatch and customers can count on

REQUIREMENTS

We are not flexible on this — here is what you need to qualify:

  • Age 21 or older, valid Class A CDL in good standing
  • 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer seat time — waived entirely for trainees
  • No DOT preventable accidents or major incidents — any in the past 5 years disqualifies automatically
  • Two preventable incidents maximum on your full record
  • No prior termination for safety reasons — anywhere, any time
  • Clean DOT drug and alcohol history — no failures, no refusals, ever
  • No commercial vehicle DUI in the past 5 years
  • Pass the DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen before your first mile
