Join us. **Job Description** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **CCTV Systems Technician** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in configuring and maintaining advanced surveillance systems, particularly **Genetec** and **Aurelia** , and possess scripting and programming capabilities to support automation and system integration. **Key Responsibilities:** + Install, configure, design and maintain CCTV systems, with a focus on Genetec Security Center and Aurelia platforms. + Develop and deploy scripts to automate system tasks, enhance functionality, and support integration with other platforms. + Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to video surveillance systems, networking, and software. + Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure system security, scalability, and performance. + Perform regular system audits, updates, and backups. + Document configurations, procedures, and system changes. + Provide technical support and training to end-users and junior technicians. **Qualifications** **Minimum:** + High School Diploma + 6 years of related experience in CCTV systems or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education + Expertise in **Genetec Security Center** and **Aurelia** system configuration and management. + Knowledge of IP networking, firewalls, and video encoding technologies. + Proficient in networking and/or system engineering problem-solving and analytical skills. **Preferred:** + Certifications in Genetec or related surveillance technologies. + Experience with access control systems and physical security integration. + Knowledge of cloud-based video surveillance solutions. + Experience working independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Professional communication and documentation skills. + Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash). + Basic to intermediate programming experience (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar). **Additional Information** + Relocation assistance is not available for this position. + Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position. Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
