Job Description:
Join our team in Charlotte, NC, as a full-time project leader to enhance stress testing capabilities for regulatory commitments.
Lead strategic initiatives, reduce time to market, and deliver on crucial financial compliance projects.
Utilize cloud-based platforms and generic data technologies to streamline processes and meet reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements.
Conduct root cause analysis and develop solutions for data quality issues.
Assist development and QA teams during project phases.
Communicate effectively with senior management regarding risks and action plans.
Create and maintain project documentation and process analysis.
Qualifications
15 years of experience in large banks focusing on regulatory initiatives.
Experience with stress testing and capital planning implementations.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in project management frameworks and data analysis tools.
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
