CCaaS System Administrator

This is an on-site technical / hands-on role where you will get to maintain IVRs, SMS/chat, queues, and deliver reporting, troubleshooting, and user support.

We will consider System Administrators with 6+ months in the following Contact Center as a Service products:

·Genesys Cloud CX administrators

·NICE CXone administrators

·Talkdesk administrators

·Five9 administrators

·RingCentral Contact Center administrators

If you have 2+ years of experience, we will consider:

·8x8 administrators

·Nextiva CCaaS administrators
