Catering Sous Chef

We are a wedding venue looking for a sous chef to help manage and execute the menus in the kitchen.

Experience in a traditional line is not required. Mostly looking for some culinary experience with the willingness to learn new techniques, recipes, and grow with the business. All recipes and menus will be taught. Opportunity to create own recipes and dishes for smaller events.

Looking for someone with good time management, handles a semi-fast paced environment and can scale and accurately make large quantities of food.

Hours are variable, with this being a flexible job between part and full time hours. Weddings are mostly weekends so weekend availability is a must.

Pay is negotiable and dependent upon your experience and capability.
