This role is integral to the growth and success of our catering operations, focusing on driving sales, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the seamless execution of events. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed catering sales targets.
- Identify potential clients and cultivate strong relationships through networking, cold calling, and face-to-face meetings.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor catering services to meet their expectations.
- Prepare detailed proposals, contracts, and event orders, ensuring all client requirements are accurately documented and communicated.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including culinary and operations, to ensure flawless event execution.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
- Participate in relevant trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote services and generate leads.
- Provide training and support to sales team members as needed.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in catering sales or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate event schedules.
