Catering Sales Manager

The Catering Sales Manager should be a self-driven, client-facing sales professional who thrives in both relationship-building and event planning. We’re looking for someone who can manage the entire catering sales process from inquiry to event execution, while maintaining Hilton’s service standards.

Ideal Background:

Minimum 2–3 years of catering or event sales experience in a full-service hotel or luxury/lifestyle brand.

Strong knowledge of social, corporate, and medical-related group business (proximity to the Texas Medical Center is a key advantage).

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals in hotel atmosphere.

Experience working with Delphi.fdc sales system (this is a requirment)

Hilton brand experience or familiarity with Hilton systems and service culture is a plus.
