Catering Assistant Chick-fil-A - hours between 5am -8pm FT

We are hiring a highly motivated catering team member to help on the catering team and delivery of catering orders. 

General Responsibilities: To provide a "remarkable" experience with every guest you come in contact with. Must have the ability to place and track inventory for catering orders; provide assistance to operations, serve as the subject matter expert for catering delivering catering orders and handling tour group orders. Will assist in identifying catering opportunities and follow up on opportunities through phone calls and visits to potential catering guests, make the sale and secure the agreement with catering guests. Will ensure guests are receiving a REMARKable experience whether pick up or delivery and follow up with guests for feedback and to inquire about their recent experiences.  Assist with catered events by having a Cow Mascot appearance or offering the Chick-fil-A tent for outdoor special events; provide branded mints, hand out plush cows.

Must have excellent driving record, be at least 18 years of age to be on the CFA insurance and must be able to pass background check and drug test.

We have an opportunity for you to join our Chick-fil-A St. Augustine Catering Team. This position has hours between 5am - 8pm and some Saturdays depending on catering demands.
