KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide excellent customer service to all customers who come into the establishment or call for orders, following Paris Baguette's high standard of excellence.
• Check the quality of all the products for displays and organize the rotation of displays for all pastries and desserts.
• Prepare all handcrafted beverages per Brand Standards efficiently.
• Keep all areas of the store clean at all times.
• Refill and organize all pastries and beverages on display.
• Communicate up-to-date, accurate information regarding core menu items and seasonal promotions to guests.
• Operate POS system (Toast) and perform tasks such as cash handling and credit card processing with attention to accuracy.
• Be knowledgeable of our quality products, specialty menu items, and beverages.
• Pay attention to guests and greet guests by making eye contact, smiling, and spreading joy!
• Answer guests' questions regarding menu items, order decisions, and preparation processes.
• Enhance the guest experience with suggestive pairings.
• Perform other related duties as assigned
