At Robinson & Casey, our Case Specialists connect with families at the moment clarity is needed most- when questions turn into decisions. We are a highly specialized law firm focused exclusively on the Marchman Act and Guardianship cases, serving families during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. This is not high-volume intake for a general practice. This is meaningful work with real impact.

Position Summary

Robinson & Casey is seeking a high-impact Case Specialist with elite consultative sales ability and the presence to guide families through critical, time-sensitive decisions. This is not an entry-level role and not a traditional intake position. This is a mission-driven closer role designed for professionals who know how to build trust quickly, navigate complex conversations, and confidently move qualified prospects to action.

You do not need a behavioral health background. We will teach you the legal and clinical context. What we cannot teach is the instinct of a strong closer who knows how to listen deeply, position value clearly, and lead conversations with calm authority.

The Case Specialist partners with prospective clients post-intake to conduct case consultations, address concerns, and convert qualified opportunities into retained matters.

If you have succeeded in high-trust, high-ticket consultative sales and are ready to apply those skills in work that truly matters, this role was built for you.

What Makes This Role Different

  • You are not cold calling. You are working qualified, high-intent families.
  • You are not selling a commodity. You are guiding families through life-changing legal interventions.
  • You are not operating alone. You are supported by a specialized legal team and client concierge model.
  • You are not transactional. You are consultative, decisive, and trusted in moments that matter.

Core Responsibilities

Consultative Case Conversion

  • Conduct scheduled case consultations with qualified prospective clients following intake.
  • Quickly build trust and establish credibility with families in high-stakes situations.
  • Clearly explain Robinson & Casey’s services in a structured, confident manner.
  • Navigate objections thoughtfully while maintaining rapport.
  • Confidently guide families to timely engagement decisions.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual conversion and revenue targets.

Pipeline & CRM Discipline

  • Maintain meticulous CRM documentation and follow-up cadence.
  • Track all consultations, outcomes, and next steps in accordance with firm standards.
  • Ensure no qualified opportunity goes cold.

Client Experience Excellence

  • Set clear expectations with families regarding process and timelines.
  • Partner closely with the Client Concierge team for seamless handoff post-retainer.
  • Uphold the firm’s reputation for professionalism, responsiveness, and compassion.

Market Intelligence

  • Provide feedback on objections, trends, and conversion barriers.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen messaging and positioning.

Please note that prior sales experience is required, preferably in the legal field and/or addiction/mental health industry. This position is hybrid with some in-person responsibilities in Boca Raton, FL. office.

Compensation:

$85,000 - $95,000

Responsibilities:

The Case Specialist will conduct in-depth meetings with prospective new clients (PNCs) for the purpose of selling legal services. During these meetings, the Case Specialist will:

  • Follow policies and procedures on how to communicate with PNCs in the most effective and compassionate manner.
  • Collect information about the PNCs and the matters for which they are seeking the Firm’s help.
  • Assure the PNCs that the Firm’s attorneys and staff will be able to help them.
  • Show compassion and empathy for their situation.
  • Provide a general description of the Firm’s services in the area where the PNC needs help.

The Case Specialist will oversee the client onboarding process:

  • Create the Engagement Agreement and accept payment, interacting with the attorney for acceptance of the contract.
  • Send emails to the appropriate parties within the firm to start a new case.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with our team is crucial, requiring passion and the skill to tailor solutions to meet clients' unique needs and objectives. Please note that this is an individual contributor role working closely with a team. No management responsibilities included.
  • The Case Specialist will stay in contact with PNCs who do not appear for their consultation, and PNCs who do not sign up after their initial consultation, to keep the door open for them to come in when they are ready.
  • The Case Specialist will keep detailed records regarding consultations.
  • The Case Specialist will actively engage in dialogue with management regarding the quality and volume of the leads, offering constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement based on “front-line” experience.
Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience in sales of products or services, luxury or high-end products and services is required.
  • Education and/or work experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong interest in consultative solutions selling.
  • Experience with CRM, particularly reporting, is required.
  • Knowledge of the legal industry and/or behavioral health industry is an asset.
