Position Overview
Seeking two experienced Pre-Litigation Case Managers to join a fast-paced personal injury team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients and is essential in driving successful case outcomes through strong communication, organization, and client advocacy.
Case Managers guide clients through every stage of the pre-litigation process, ensuring they understand case progress and how their legal team is working on their behalf. The ideal candidate is professional, client-focused, and able to manage sensitive situations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the pre-litigation process
- Coordinate medical providers and schedule appointments
- Review and organize medical records
- Provide regular case status updates to clients
- Communicate with insurance adjusters
- Maintain accurate client data and case files
- Act as liaison between clients and attorneys
- De-escalate high-stress situations using strong communication and active listening
- Ensure clients understand case procedures and next steps
Qualifications
- Experience in personal injury case management or pre-litigation preferred
- Excellent client service and communication skills
