Liberty Maintenance is a fast-growing contracting/ maintenance company servicing the greater Philadelphia area. We are currently looking for an employee to fill a full-time Carpentry position in the Philadelphia area. The ideal candidate will have at least three (3) years experience in the carpentry/ construction field. Work well within a team structure as well as independently when needed. This position is an ideal role for a carpenter who is seeking a stable full-time position with opportunity to grow.

$70,000 - $80,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Framing of walls with wood/metal studs, Frame decks, doorways, windows, etc
- Drywall patching, interior repairs , Painting
- Installation of Decks, doorways, window installation
- Finish carpentry, including trim work, handrails, etc
- Tile work and flooring installation
- Knowledge and use of power tools, including table saw, chop saw, drills, etc
- Drive van/truck, stock & clean vehicle, pick up materials for jobs
- Must be able to wear half and full-face respirator
Qualifications:
- Must have a clean driving record, pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
- Work Remotely
- Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs regularly
