the timing is ideal for qualified candidates to come on-board.
We're currently seeking a Carpenter/Caulker/Apprentice for our multi-family and commercial portfolio of properties.
Candidate will work full-time out of our South Plainfield offce, South Plainfield, NJ. but will be assigned to various locations as needed
This position is Monday through Friday
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
Assist in Commercial Division as a Carpenter / Caulker / Apprentice
- Assist in Finding Leaks
- Set Up and Work on Scaffolding, Ladders and Aerial Lifts
- Carpentry and Labor Work
- Cut out old caulking and reapply new caulking in a neat clean matter
Please note: Those with primarily Residential Experience will not be considered. Commercial exp. required.
Qualifications:Qualified applicant for this position must have the following skills.
• Organized and Detailed
• Reliable and On Time
• Ability to Follow Directions
• Not Afraid of Heights
• Able to Lift Up to 100 lbs
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must Pass Drug and Background Check
