Caregiver Needed – Rochester Hills Area | Immediate Opening

CareOne Senior Care is currently seeking a reliable and compassionate caregiver for an immediate opening in the Rochester Hills area. This is a great opportunity for someone who values consistency, structure, and one-on-one client care.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday–Sunday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Consistent, long shifts available for dependable caregivers.

Client Overview

• Client prefers a quiet environment and consistent routine
• Independent but requires support with daily tasks
• Reliability and consistency are very important for this case

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and support
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Transport client using the client’s van
• Assist with errands and appointments as needed
• Maintain a safe and structured environment

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license (required – must be comfortable driving client’s vehicle)
• Clean driving record preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs and stay active during shifts
• Must pass a background check
• TB test required (can be completed after interview)
• Must have a reliable phone for communication and scheduling

Pay & Benefits

• $14–$17 per hour (up to $20/hour for specialty cases)
• $150 referral bonus (no limit)
• Next-day pay option available
