Caregiver Madison Home Health Aide 10p-7a

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, whether they are residing in their own homes, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or receiving hospice care. Your commitment to caregiving will make a significant difference in their lives.

Duties

• 10PM to 7AM - Couple nights during the week and Every Other Weekend.
• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients.
• Help with meal preparation and ensure that clients receive proper nutrition.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Assist clients with mobility and transportation needs.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior to healthcare professionals.
• Support individuals with developmental disabilities by promoting independence and skill development.
• Engage clients in activities that stimulate memory and cognitive function.

Requirements

• Previous experience in caregiving, nursing home, assisted living, hospice care, or memory care is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families.
• Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with caregiving, including lifting and moving patients as needed.
• Reliable transportation for travel between client locations may be required.
• Certification as a Home Health Aide or similar qualification is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Must be able to pass background checks as required by state regulations.
