Healthcare Plus Homemakers is hiring Homecare Aides/Caregivers across the state of Illinois. We provide in-home care to clients age 59 and under with disabilities, helping them live safely and comfortably in their own homes.

What You'll Do

As a Homecare Aide, you'll support clients with everyday tasks that allow them to stay independent and maintain their quality of life. Duties may include:

• Light housekeeping and laundry

• Meal preparation

• Grocery shopping and errands

• Assistance with bathing, grooming, and dressing

• Medication reminders

• Help with medical appointments

• Assisting with transfers, based on the client's care plan

Each client is different, so your daily tasks may vary.

Schedule and Pay

• $18.75 per hour

• Part-time or full-time schedules available

• Flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle

• Onsite work in clients' homes

• Eligible for benefits

What We're Looking For

You don't need medical experience to apply. We're looking for people who are reliable, patient, and genuinely care about helping others.

Requirements:

• Compassion and a positive attitude

• Strong communication skills

• Valid ID or driver's license

• Social Security card

• High school diploma or GED

  • No diploma or GED? A substitute form is available

• Willingness to learn and follow care plans

• Ability to work well as part of a team
