Pay Range: $22 - $23/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to enroll members into Case Management programs
- Maintain an average of 60-70 calls per day
- Serve as a point of contact for member and provider inquiries
- Support members with care plan next steps and available community/health plan resources
- Provide telephonic support regarding scheduling, services, and program education
- Assist with onboarding activities including sending welcome letters and program materials
- Document and maintain accurate non-clinical member records in accordance with state and regulatory requirements
- Identify and refer members to appropriate resources, including those addressing Social Determinants of Health (SDOH)
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- Skills-Experience with high volume of calls
- Experience in healthcare or managed care environment
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- 1-2 years of experience in a managed care, medical office, healthcare facility, or similar setting
- Experience handling high-volume calls
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High School Diploma or GED
