How you’ll make an impact in this role

  • Lead clinical preparation by reviewing patient histories and meticulously readying testing sites to ensure every individual feels safe, comfortable, and prepared for their procedure.

  • Monitor patient vitals with vigilant care before, during, and after cardiovascular interventions to guarantee immediate response to any changes in their condition.

  • Analyze and interpret diagnostic data to provide the clinical team with accurate, high-quality reports that serve as the foundation for life-saving treatment plans.

  • Manage the laboratory environment by maintaining high-functioning equipment and a pristine workspace, ensuring the team has the reliable tools needed to deliver seamless patient care.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • One or more of the following preferred:
    • Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI).
    • Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI).
    • Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). General Radiography is also required in addition to any specialty. State Radiology Technologist licensure issued by Wisconsin Radiography Examining Board required
      within 18 months (1-1/2 years) of hire date or job transfer date.
    • Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted

Education: 

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

What additional preferences we're seeking

 

  • 30 hours | Monday through Friday 0700-1730, 10 hour  shifts. week day and weekend call with holiday call rotation.
  • Associate's Degree in Cardiovascular Technology, Surgical  tech, or Radiology tech. 2 years experience preferred.
