• High school graduate or equivalent experience.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or hydraulic systems.
• Prior car wash, automotive, or industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment and facility issues.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable coordinating with vendors and internal team members.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

The Car Wash Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving car wash equipment and facilities to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operations. This role requires hands-on troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and prompt response to equipment and facility issues.

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on car wash equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and hydraulic issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and appearance of the car wash facility.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs when needed.
• Respond to emergency maintenance issues as required.
