Pay & Schedule

• $15/hr starting pay - jump to $16/hr after 90 days

• Weekly pay - because we know waiting isn't fun

• Full-time hours, including Saturdays (Closed Sundays and major holidays!)

What You'll Be Doing

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional attitude and direct them appropriately

• Transport customers when needed to and from their destination

• Prep vehicles for service: install protective covers and ID tags

• Inspect vehicles for damage before and after service

• Vacuum interiors and drive vehicles through the automatic car wash

• Occasionally apply finishing touches like tire shine and window cleaning

• Keep the car wash area, lot, and walkways clean and safe

• Assist with dealership laundry and help organize supplies

• Communicate with service advisors and fellow team members about vehicle status

• Follow all safety procedures and use protective equipment when necessary

What We're Looking For

• No prior experience required - we will train you!

• Must have dependable transportation

• Able to safely operate cars in tight spaces

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong attention to detail and a team-focused attitude

• Willingness to work outdoors and in variable weather conditions

• High energy, friendly personality, and a drive to go the extra mile

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and move for long periods

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally

• Exposure to outdoor weather, moving parts, and cleaning chemicals
