Responsibilities:

• Engage customers in the showroom, online, and by phone

• Follow up with warm leads to convert interest into appointments and sales

• Conduct product presentations and test drives with enthusiasm and professionalism

• Build rapport and uncover customer needs to recommend the best vehicle fit

• Guide customers through the financing and purchase process with full transparency

• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and dealership targets

• Participate in daily training and roleplays to sharpen your skills

• Log all activity in CRM and maintain accurate records of customer interactions

• Stay informed on vehicle inventory, pricing, and promotions

• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Mitsubishi brand with pride

Who We’re Looking For:

• Proven ability to work leads both over the phone and in person

• Previous sales experience (any industry welcome – auto a plus, not required)

• Strong drive to meet and exceed personal goals

• Prospecting and self-generated leads are a plus

• Willingness to train daily and grow fast

• Thrive in a team-oriented, competitive environment

• Professional appearance and great communication skills

• Valid driver’s license required
