Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Capital Sourcing Analysts to identify, originate, and introduce qualified investment opportunities to our investor and fund manager network.

This is an independent contractor role. Analysts operate through a verification and approval process rather than traditional employment. Once approved, Capital Sourcing Analysts:

• Source and submit proprietary or off-market deals

• Work directly with capital allocators and sponsors on live opportunities

• Earn transaction-based compensation for deals that close

• Build a verified deal track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

Ideal candidates are professionals already close to deal flow, including operators, brokers, intermediaries, advisors, and networked finance professionals.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Capital Sourcing Analysts may:

• Source proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities

• Introduce deals to Initio Sphere’s investor and sponsor network

• Provide high-level deal context: asset type, structure, economics, and investment thesis

• Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners

• Support early-stage diligence handoff (modeling and underwriting handled by analysts)

Capital Sourcing Analysts are not responsible for underwriting, financial modeling, or raising capital.

Eligible Deal Types

Based on approval, analysts may submit opportunities across:

• Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)

• Private equity and growth equity transactions

• Operating businesses and special situations

• Structured or opportunistic investments

Deal categories are approved based on experience, sourcing credibility, and network access.

Compensation & Economics

• Deal-based, success-only compensation

• Typical earnings: $1,000–$10,000+ per closed deal

• Paid upon successful transaction close and fee collection

• Economics vary by deal size, structure, and role in the transaction

• No caps on earnings for consistent, high-quality deal flow

How Analysts Get Activated

1. Submit a Capital Sourcing Analyst application and background information

2. Complete verification and category approval

3. Get activated on the Initio Sphere platform

4. Begin submitting qualified deals to the network

No cold outreach to funds or blind pitching. Approved deals are introduced via curated, platform-driven channels.
