Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Capital Research Analysts to provide actionable market intelligence, industry insights, and investment opportunity research to our network of investors, fund managers, and operators.

This is not an employment role. Analysts operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Capital Research Analysts:

• Conduct in-depth market, sector, and company research

• Identify emerging trends and potential investment opportunities

• Provide research support to deal teams and investor clients

• Build a verified research track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for professionals with strong analytical skills, capital markets knowledge, and deal awareness, including analysts, consultants, and research professionals.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Capital Research Analysts may:

• Conduct industry, market, and company analysis to identify trends and investment signals

• Prepare research briefs, investment memos, and sector reports

• Evaluate deal pipelines and provide preliminary screening insights

• Support due diligence handoff by providing context and background research for analysts

• Monitor capital markets, competitors, and deal activity for actionable intelligence

Eligible Research Focus Areas

Based on approval, Capital Research Analysts may work across:

• Private equity, venture capital, and growth equity markets

• Commercial real estate sectors (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)

• Operating businesses, special situations, and structured investments

• Market and industry trend intelligence

Research focus areas are approved based on experience, credibility, and prior research outputs.

Compensation & Economics

• Earnings are performance- and deliverable-based

• Typical earnings range: $1,000–$10,000+ per research report, insight package, or closed transaction influenced by research

• Payments issued upon successful delivery of approved research or transaction support

• Compensation varies by project scope, impact, and Analyst role

• No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality research

How Analysts Get Activated

1. Submit a Capital Research Analyst application with background and experience

2. Complete verification and category approval

3. Get activated on the Initio Sphere platform

4. Begin submitting research insights, reports, or analysis to the network

There is no cold pitching to investors. Approved research is introduced through curated, platform-driven channels.
