Job Description
GTT is seeking an experienced Canada Recruiter to support recruiting initiatives for banking and financial services clients. This direct-hire role will be aligned with Team Hitesh and focuses on delivering high-quality talent in a regulated, fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate brings prior banking industry recruiting experience, strong stakeholder partnership skills, and the ability to manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple requisitions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for banking and financial services roles across Canada
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce needs
Source, screen, and interview candidates using best-in-class recruiting practices
Ensure compliance with internal hiring standards and external regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate documentation and ATS records throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Provide market insights, talent trends, and pipeline updates to stakeholders
Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience
Required Skills & Experience
Required:
Banking or financial services industry experience
Proven experience as a corporate or agency recruiter
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred:
Experience recruiting in regulated environments
Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
Additional:
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
