Title: Campus Recruiter
Location: Richmond, VA
Duration: 12+ Months
Pay Range: $40-45/hr on W2 without benefits

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Full life-cycle recruitment including planning, sourcing, coordinating, and executing all stages of the recruitment process
• Candidate management - highly organized, detail-oriented, and can effectively communicate with candidates
• Partner with hiring managers and business group or organization leads, and key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs
• Work cross-functionally across a team of high-performing recruiters
• Effectively work with business partners on strategic initiatives and hiring strategy
• Leverage recruiting data to proactively provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners
• Source stellar candidates using various innovative sourcing techniques
• Build relationships with candidates at a high volume, understand their interest and passion, and direct them to the right role or opportunity
• Track high-volume candidate data in real-time with precision
• Contribute to ad-hoc recruitment projects

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 5 year of experience in recruiting.
• Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 10 years
• Must sit onsite in Richmond, VA or McLean, VA

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in recruiting
• 2 years of experience in human resources
• 3 years of client consulting experience
• Campus recruiting experience and agency experience tends to perform well
