We provide the roadmap and the expertise to help you transition from a representative to a licensed professional.

We will assist you and train you get your Property and Casualty General Lines License and your Life and Health License.

Salary Range: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Your Role

Engage with potential customers via outbound and inbound calls.

• We will provide you with all the leads and training to be successful.

Identify customers who want quotes and preform live transfers to a skilled agent or schedule appointments for them.

Maintain accurate records and follow up with leads in a timely manner.

Actively participate in mentorship sessions to learn the "ins and outs" of the insurance world.

• Study and be instructed to become exam-ready to take the tests with the State.
