Call Center Assistant Manager

• High School diploma or equivalency, required
• 3+ year(s) of appointment scheduling and/ or call center training experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Copilot, Salesforce (I-360), and related applications; knowledge of our brands, preferred
• A passion for customer service and training
• Excellent interpersonal communication, time management, and organization skills
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and adaptability to challenges

• Participate in and lead goal-setting meetings with management and team
• Hire and train Lead-Setters in partnership with Human Resources (HR)
• Review recorded calls for quality assurance and record daily KPIS on scorecard
• Perform the responsibilities of a Lead-Setter
• Provide front desk coverage for walk-in traffic and events as needed

• Full-time, 32-40 hours per week (on-site)
• .5-1-hour meal break, non-exempt
• Monday-Friday: 8:30pm-5:00pm
• Rotating Saturday: 9:30am-3:00pm
