Cafe Manager

Full-Time | $23/hr training $25/hr after training/$26 after first year + tips + free gym membership

ADR Juice Bar is seeking an experienced, motivated Cafe Manager to lead operations at our high-volume cafe located inside a state-of-the-art fitness facility in Inglewood, CA. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys balancing team leadership, operations, and guest service in a fast-paced wellness environment. Our cafe serves coffee, smoothies, acai bowls, paninis, and other health-forward items to an active, loyal customer base.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily cafe operations and shift execution

Maintain strong floor presence while leading the team

Uphold ADR service, quality, and cleanliness standards

Provide weekly communication and updates to ownership

Create and manage staff schedules

Hire, onboard, and train new team members

Coach and support team performance

Ensure proper staffing levels and break coverage

Jump into service positions during peak periods

Conduct inventory counts and place orders

Coordinate vendor deliveries

Monitor product usage and waste

Ensure food safety and operational compliance

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years cafe or coffee shop management experience

Strong barista experience required

Experience in high-volume environments preferred

Ability to lead while actively working on the floor

Strong organizational and communication skills

Comfortable managing schedules, inventory, and ordering systems

Must be available full-time including weekends
