Job Title: CAD Designer
Location: Millington, MD
Pay Rate: $30-$35/hour
What’s the Job?
- Support the design process from kickoff through production to deliver the electrical / mechanical drawing set and electrical / mechanical bills of materials (EBOMs).
- Address issues identified during initial design reviews and ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate across teams to resolve design issues, clarify scope, and ensure project alignment.
- Provide clarity and direction to support Production during the build and test processes.
- Coach and mentor the next generation of technical talent.
What’s Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience preferred
- 2+ year experience preferred
- Proven experience in electrical design, project engineering, or manufacturing support roles.
- Familiarity with electrical codes, standards, and power system design principles.
- Knowledge of bill of materials (BOM) creation and management.
- ERP system knowledge preferred
