Key Responsibilities

This role is ideal for someone with a technical mindset and a passion for design, systems, and customer interaction:

• Design technical systems based on client needs and present solutions in a clear, educational way.
• Oversee the estimating process to ensure accuracy in labor hours, materials, and pricing.
• Prepare detailed sales bids and documentation for the sales team.
• Provide technical support for system-related questions and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with the service department on camera systems, networking, and software issues.

Qualifications

• Experience with AutoCAD or similar design software.
• Familiarity with electronic security systems, panels, or low-voltage equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clear driving record and ability to pass background screening.
