Out of the Woods, located in Layton, Utah, is a woodworking and cabinetry company built on craftsmanship, quality, and pride in doing things right we're looking for a skilled Cabinet Installer to join our Cabinet Shop team. If you take pride in clean installs, tight lines, and doing the job right the first time-we want to talk to you.
Pay: $22 - $30/hour

What You'll Do
- Travel to client locations across Northern Utah to install custom cabinets
- Measure installation areas accurately and prepare surfaces
- Read and interpret blueprints and installation instructions
- Install cabinetry with attention to detail, quality, and efficiency
- Remove existing cabinetry during remodels when required
- Follow all safety and quality procedures outlined by management and safety documentation
- Maintain, clean, and properly use tools and equipment
- Communicate professionally with clients, managers, and teammates
- Support projects by assisting with additional tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of cabinet installation experience required
- Ability to safely handle and move wood products without damaging materials
- Ability to read and speak English; Spanish is a plus
- Basic math skills
- Experience with power tools and woodworking
- Assembly, construction, manufacturing, or shop experience preferred
- Strong work ethic with dependable attendance and punctuality
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Accountable, motivated, and flexible
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
- Frequent travel to job sites; work performed in homes, job sites, shop, and warehouse environments
- Regular lifting of 50 pounds or more
- Standing, bending, stooping, crouching, pushing, and pulling regularly
- Working around hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment
- Exposure to noise and dust
- Regular use of PPE, including eye and ear protection and closed-toe shoes
