Qualifications and responsibilities for this Cabinet Field Service Lead position include:
- 3+ years of leadership experience in construction, homebuilding, or related field
- Hands-on cabinetry experience including installation, repairs, and troubleshooting
- Oversee production cabinet installations across residential communities
- Conduct QA walkthroughs, ensuring all work meets builder standards and specifications
- Identify and resolve issues such as missing hardware, damaged cabinets, and incomplete work
- Perform service technician duties including adjustments, repairs, and part replacements
- Communicate effectively with builders and superintendents to maintain project timelines
- Utilize Microsoft Office and JobRunner (training provided) to document and track work
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
