Responsibilities

• Complete the PLACE Launch training program to build a real business and move from agent to CEO
• Consistently apply PLACE lead generation strategies weekly to create a predictable income engine and scale without chaos
• Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and help identify ideal properties to close more and earn more
• Represent buyers and sellers in offer negotiations, turning leads into scheduled client appointments and bigger checks ahead
• Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology to leverage your time and work smarter, not harder
• Host at least two open houses monthly to build your database = deals and grow your pipeline with less grind
• Participate in weekly script practice, team meetings, coaching, and Partner Calls to join the movement and level up together
• Guide sellers through the listing process, secure listings, and provide expert advice on pricing, staging, and marketing to stop leaving money on the table

• Proven track record in prospecting and lead generation

• Licensed real estate agent with a minimum of 3 years’ successful sales experience
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• Open to mastering scripts and dialogue techniques to scale without chaos
