  • Oversee supplier PO contracts (Blanket and Discrete Orders), RFQs, and strategic pricing opportunities, ensuring conformance requirements are met.
  • Coordinate with Planning to establish release quantities, optimize material delivery timing, and manage supplier performance to meet inventory goals.
  • Negotiate supplier order dates, address late deliveries, and initiate corrective actions when needed, while maintaining supplier scorecards.
  • Monitor and expedite procurement, manage OSP services, and analyze supplier costs to identify improvement areas.
  • Conduct supplier audits to ensure qualified processes and maintain up-to-date pricing, lead times, and MOQs in the system.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, report key inventory metrics, and provide backup for planning tasks.
