JOB OVERVIEW

Be part of an exciting new chapter at the Missouri Athletic Club with the opening of MAC Clayton, the Club's newest location, bringing more than 120 years of tradition into a modern and elevated member experience. Opening in early 2026, MAC Clayton will offer refined dining, exceptional amenities, and thoughtfully designed spaces for wellness, athletics, and connection.

We are seeking energetic, detail-oriented Food Runners (Full-Time) to join our opening team and support dining operations across MAC Clayton, including our elevated casual restaurant and refined dining experience. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in accuracy and presentation, and contribute to a smooth and professional dining experience.

Responsibilities

· Run food with urgency, accuracy, and attention to presentation standards.

· Communicate clearly with chefs, expo, and service staff to ensure correct timing and table delivery.

· Support smooth ticket flow and assist with pacing between kitchen and dining room.

· Assist with clearing plates, table resets, and dining room readiness as needed.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of expo areas, service stations, and runner pathways.

· Complete opening/closing duties and assigned side work to club standards.

· Support private events, banquets, and member programming as needed.

Qualifications

· Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred (but not required).

· Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

· Professional appearance and positive attitude.

· Ability to lift and carry trays and plates safely throughout service.

· Team-first mindset and ability to communicate effectively under pressure.

Schedule Expectations

This is a hospitality-driven environment requiring flexibility, professionalism, and a team-first mindset. Scheduling will include evenings, weekends, and select holidays. The Club is closed on Sundays for regular a la carte service.
