Client is planning to kick off our Subrogation program where they're looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with 8 10 years of experience and deep knowledge of insurance processes and systems.

Required Qualifications

• 8 10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting insurance or risk management systems
• Experience with Origami Risk preferred (nice to have)
• Solid understanding of insurance operations, including:
  • Claims lifecycle (GL, Workers' Compensation, Auto, Property, etc.)
  • Policy and coverage management
  • Certificates of Insurance (COI)
  • Subrogation processes
  • Handling and interpreting claim files from Third-Party Administrators (TPAs)
• Proven experience gathering business requirements and configuring SaaS platforms.
