Are you a talented Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in healthcare technology implementations? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Systems Analyst II to lead critical projects within a dynamic healthcare environment. In this role, you will be instrumental in translating complex business needs into automated, efficient solutions that improve patient care and operational workflows. Required Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of healthcare provider experience (hospitals, clinics), not insurance
- Proven expertise in EMR implementations such as Epic, Athena, or Cerner
- Experience with Epic Modules related projects
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, process flow documentation, and technical design
- Strong background in healthcare IT implementation, including third-party applications like Sectra, Waystar, Capsule, Softbank
- Skilled in producing project documentation: charters, status reports, minutes, agendas
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to lead and guide project meetings and technical discussions effectively
Nice to Have Skills:
- Knowledge of ancillary systems in Labs, Pharmacy, Radiology
- Experience with workflow automation and system integration
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
- Customer-centric mindset and experience collaborating across departments
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of healthcare IT implementation experience with a focus on hospital or clinic settings
Other Requirements:
- On-site work at CHRISTUS Irving Corporate Office
- Valid proof of education submission required
- Ability to work Monday through Friday
- Orientation hours billable at 70% of the hourly rate up to 36 hours
- Additional reimbursements for licensure, certifications, travel, and related expenses
