Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Business Systems Analyst for a contract position in CA(Hybrid). The opportunity will be for eight months with a strong chance for a long-term extension.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Identify, elicit, and document business requirements and needs into required artifacts by collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Identify potential risks in business processes and recommending mitigations
• Develop end-to-end process documentation, current & future state
• Assist in the development of initiative measurement plans
• Process optimization through evaluating and enhancing business workflows to improve efficiency
• Provide highly complex analytical support through the analysis and interpretation of data to find trends, inefficiencies, and/or opportunities for improvement
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT); assisting in testing solutions to ensure they meet the requirements before full deployment
• Act as a change agent, supporting teams through transitions and adoption of new processes or technologies
• Drive stakeholder communication; acting as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure alignment
• Develop, prepare and analyze reports with highly complex analyzes and data for management review, and presents to various levels of management
• Analyze actual results against plan and forecast and recommends interventions where appropriate

Qualifications:

• Expert in eliciting business requirements including operational controls
• Expert in User Acceptance Testing,
• Experience with change management as a discipline.

Preferred:

• Experience with Payer Network Management
