JOB PURPOSE: 

The role of the Business Support Specialist is to assist the Corporate Services Department in all areas including operations and customer support. This department is responsible for identifying, analyzing and supporting Corporate Services and all of their products. This position primarily provides Business Online Banking customers with product implementation, support and service via telephone and electronic messaging. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

·       Assist the Corporate Services department (manager) to complete the required functions including implementation, customer service, product development, and risk management.  

·       Work closely with sales team to provide banking solutions to customers and prospects. 

·       Maintain industry knowledge of Corporate Services solutions, pricing, and products to keep the bank’s Corporate Services products current and competitive. 

·       Evaluate and implement new products as necessary. 

·       Respond to direct customer questions and questions routed from branches, operations, and retail staff. 

·       Assist Corporate Services Manager with various management and audit reports on customers. 

·       Provides the best service to our customers with innovative and creative solutions.

 JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

·       High school education required.

  • Successful completion of in-house training program or other acceptable training program. 

·       Ability to work in US without sponsorship. 

·       2+ years of banking experience with cash management products preferred. 

·       Strong customer service background required, with good analytical and interpersonal skills. Technological competencies to understand, operate, and explain the bank's products and support programs. 

·       Strong ability to use written and verbal communication effectively with customers and staff. 

·       Patience to deal with accounting errors or problems. 

·       High level proficiency in MS Office suite. 

·       Ability to deal with time constraints and strong attention to detail.

·       Extended hours sitting and performing computer tasks may be required. 

·       Able to perform other duties as assigned.
