Job Title: Business Support Analyst: Wire Transfer
Location:Riverside, RI
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM,
Role is on-site only—remote/hybrid work not available.
Duration: 3 months (possibility of extension)

Job Summary:

The Wire Investigator supports Commercial Operations by handling wire and real-time payment investigations with a strong emphasis on operational excellence and superior customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works well independently, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve wire and real-time payment cases from multiple sources within designated timelines.
  • Adhere strictly to internal risk policies and federal/international regulations, including REG E and Dodd-Frank guidelines.
  • Document clear and comprehensive case notes for each investigation.
  • Answer investigation-related phone inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
  • Conduct independent research and coordinate with customers, colleagues, and partners to resolve findings.
  • Focus on meeting internal SLAs while ensuring high diligence and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle OFAC and fraud-related wire investigations, primarily for commercial clients.
  • Set up cases accurately with a solid understanding of wire processes and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to draft detailed investigative notes and summaries.
  • Ability to read and interpret financial documents and transaction data effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills; comfortable escalating issues appropriately.
  • Proven experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with diverse professionals and teams.
  • Knowledge of domestic and international wire transfers preferred.
  • Customer service background is welcome—wire process training will be provided.
  • Candidates with strong writing and independent analytical skills are highly preferred.
