Role Overview
This role supports a close-knit, fast-paced operations team in a professional corporate environment. The coordinator will provide administrative and client service support with a strong focus on proofreading, document formatting, and multitasking. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and client services support to brokers and office staff
- Proofread, format, edit, and redline documents using templates
- Perform heavy email correspondence and typing support
- Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Back up the Reception Desk as needed
- Assist with event setup and breakdown
- Support the Operations team with general administrative tasks
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to assist wherever needed
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 3 years preferred in a corporate environment
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
Technical Skills:
- Microsoft Word (advanced proficiency required)
- Microsoft Excel (basic knowledge required)
- DocuSign (preferred)
- Adobe InDesign (preferred)
