The Business Sales Support Specialist is a customer-facing support role where you’ll help close deals, manage appointments, and ensure smooth activations. Your job as an Business Sales Support Specialist also involves managing administrative tasks that keep the sales pipeline while keeping track of all customer interactions.
Business Sales Support Specialist Responsibilities:
Assist with customer-facing appointment confirmations for Quantum Fiber plans.
Support sales reps during demos and activations.
Update CRM with appointment outcomes and customer details.
Coordinate device inventory and paperwork for activations.
Follow up with customers to ensure successful service starts.
Meet internal KPIs for responsiveness and accuracy.
Help troubleshoot basic activation issues with guidance.
Participate in Business Sales Support Specialist meetings and trainings.
Business Sales Support Specialist Qualifications:
Entry-level welcome; administrative or retail experience a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Clear communication and customer-facing comfort.
Basic CRM and data-entry proficiency.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
