Business Sales Operations Coordinator

What's the role?
As a Business Sales Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for performing data entry, processing and monitoring internal processes to bill Advance Services for all Sales Channels, Wholesale, Direct and Indirect.
Responsibilities:
How can you add value?
- Provide administrative, clerical and interpersonal support to Director, Supervisor and Sales Executives. Includes processing of incoming and outgoing calls and special requests among others.
- Receive sales orders from Wholesale and Account Executives for Advanced Telecommunication Services which include Dedicated Private Lines for Transport and Internet Access, ISDN-PRI, SIP trunks, Ethernet over DOCSIS services and Managed Services.
- Report crafting, maintenance and monitoring of pending sales, installations, and provisioning orders for advanced services.
- Account creation, posting of installation/constructions charges, services and features additions/deletions and billing reconciliations.
- Audit of sales orders from Sales Business Channels, and manage fallouts directly with customers.
- Process sales orders and support the audit process of all business sales, including accurate information and signatures from AEs and customers.
- Support Operational Audit Department with Commission Statements for Indirect Agents.
- Build, monitor and audit changes Advanced accounts and service code additions.
- Support dedicated collection efforts to Advanced Customers.
- Expedite sales processing and provide feedback to salespeople on order entry of Advanced Services.
- Work with Sales Engineer and Business Technical Support Team to deliver Advance Services to Direct Customers and Wholesale as agreed on services proposal.
- Recommend processes related to interactions with Salespersons, Wholesale Customers and Support Departments, including but not limited to – NetAdmin, VoiceAdmin, Technical Support, Sales Engineer Team, and Fiber Deployment Group.
- Update wholesale/business contracts, track expiration dates, management and record keeping.
- Request new addresses and HIU in Billing System for Advanced Services account billing and/or provisioning
- Audit and handle equipment movement within Advanced Services accounts.
- Supports collection and adjustment efforts for Advanced Services Accounts.
- Demonstrates and ensures compliance with the Customer First Philosophy, all Liberty Latin America's policies and procedures including the Code of Conduct and Liberty safety standards and procedures.
- Other functions may be assigned.
What do you need?
Education and/or experience:
High School Graduate, associate degree in Business Administration preferred.
1-2 years of experience managing Business Accounts and services.
Other qualifications:
- Ability to sit and key data for long periods of time
- Customer Service skills
- Bilingual (Spanish and English)
- Computer-literate (Microsoft Office)
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge in day to day processes of data entry
- Demonstrate a degree of confidentiality and reliability
- Ability to strive in fast and efficient way with minimum supervision
- Knowledge on programs such as Help Desk, Sales Force, preferred
