Job Summary:

Under general supervision with on-going review, this role applies broad theoretical knowledge to support the delivery and/or execution of internal Company products, solutions, processes, or business systems to improve data quality and consistency. Project management skills, rather than technical skills, are key.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Assists with non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery including entire tool or system development/implementation, system integration projects, and business system and process development or modification.
+ Assists with surveys and analysis of best practices for techniques and processes to optimize approaches and achieve more efficient results.
+ Assists with the development of business system/process documentation including procedures, templates, training, and job aids.
+ Assists with the development of metrics that provide data for business system compliance and process measurement and monitoring, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.
+ Assists with the implementation of new or improved systems and processes, supporting the business as appropriate to ensure efficient implementation.
+ Collects data to identify root cause of problems and may diagram and evaluate existing processes.
+ May assist with the development and delivery of presentations and training courses in support of Business Program Administration activities.
+ Participates as a member of a central governing body to review/audit adherence to documented processes and procedures.
+ Frequently accomplishes objectives through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
+ Responsible for observing all laws, regulations, and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.
+ Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.

Job Qualifications:
+ Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a Business Administration or a related field. May substitute equivalent experience in lieu of education. Must have general knowledge of business process/life cycle management principles, theories and concepts and a basic understanding of industry practices, techniques, and standards.
+ Must be customer focused and possess:
+ the ability to use independent judgment in developing solutions to a variety of non-routine problems
+ good verbal and written communications and presentations skills to accurately document and report findings to a variety of audiences
+ good interpersonal skills to influence and guide employees, managers, customers and other external parties
+ the ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
+ good computer skills
+ Ability to work in a team environment is essential
