Responsibilities:
- A Senior Business Analyst typically leads and manages business analysis activities for projects within an organization.
- Leading the gathering and documentation of business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyzing and documenting complex business processes and workflows.
- Developing and maintaining business process models and documentation.
- Developing comprehensive functional and technical specifications for system enhancements or new systems.
- Facilitating meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
- Identifying and documenting project risks and issues, and developing mitigation strategies.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and define project scope.
- Leading the development and testing of new systems or enhancements.
- Providing leadership and mentorship to junior business analysts.
- Providing training and support to users during system implementation and post-implementation.
- Participating in the evaluation and selection of software and systems.
Requirements:
- They should have a deep understanding of business analysis principles and techniques, as well as experience with project management methodologies.
- A Senior Business Analyst should have strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
