LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: 3 Months Contract to Hire role.
Pay Range: $45 to 55/hr. on W2 ONLY
FUNCTION OF THE GROUP/ INITIATIVES/PROJECTS: Experience Integration and Strategy is expanding the services provided to process reimagination. We are building out a new capability on the team. The manager runs a team that functions as internal consultants for the bank. We have design, research, and business products and now we are adding process product.
INDUSTRY BACKGROUND: Consulting or process engineering background, manager will prioritize some level of experience in regulated industries.
ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for someone with a strong process background (Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, Business Architecture), who also has experience/interest in human centered design.
We are open to non-financial services experience but would prefer someone with experience in a highly regulated industry (e.g. healthcare, energy, insurance, etc).
Responsibilities include:

3. Customer Journey Mapping & Service Blueprinting,
4. Systems integration mapping,
5. Gen AI application to business, human augmentation,
6. Data Analytics / Data Science,
7. Design Thinking / Human Centered Design o Lean Six Sigma o Agile / Scrum / Kanban / SAFe,
8. Management Systems,
9. Systems thinking,
10. Jobs to be Done / Jobs theory o Risk/control evaluation and design,
11. Business Architecture,
12. Digital transformation,
13. Microservice architecture
MUST HAVE SKILLS, 5-7 Years of Experience Required:
1. Experienced in human centered design or design thinking,
2. Experience with how technology is delivers Understanding of Agile methodologies, what it means to talk to a tech person and what it means to help them build requirements.
3. Process Engineering & Modeling,
4. Lean Six Sigma,
5. BPM Business Process Management
EDUCATION Required:
Bachelor's Degree or will consider experience of at least 5-7 years or more.
PRE-SCREENING QUESTIONS:

Can you share an example of how a human centered mindset influenced the way you explored a problem or decided what to do next?
